Interiors sequenced from framing to finish

Framing, rough-ins, inspections, insulation, and ceiling conditions all come before final enclosure. DSK sequences each interior scope so hanging, finishing, and specialty systems move forward in the right order.

01

Framing before board

Wall lines, openings, ceiling conditions, and heavy- or light-gauge framing requirements are established before enclosure begins.

02

Rough-in and inspection interfaces

Insulation and drywall sequencing must account for MEP work, above-ceiling access, required inspections, and areas that cannot be closed prematurely.

03

Finish-ready handoff

Hanging and finishing are carried through the specified level so paint, millwork, fixtures, and final trades receive the intended substrate and geometry.
